"Easy Monies" effect on asset prices

I am a broken record here on BP but here is a great (probably to long) article about the impact of easy money on asset prices (from the politico of all places, wish the Wall St Journal had the balls to deep dive this topic).  The takeaway from a practical stand point is that because the Financial Engineers at the Fed will probably keep the easy money coming which is great for folks like us who own assets it is terrible for society at large, the wealth gap, social unrest etc.  I love real estate investing (not hating the player here) but the reasons why it has worked so incredibly well are immoral I would argue.
