Port Charlotte for house hacking?
Im curious about peoples opinions on Port Charlotte Florida for House hacking
I'm in school now for IT at SCF in bradenton and will hopefully buy my first property in the next 2 - 3 years
I live in sarasota, and moved here last year with my mom (lol) since then every house has appreciated pretty wildly in Sarasota and Bradenton in the past 6 - 12 months, probably also Venice, but i didnt really research the prices too much there..
So if you have any stories for Port charlotte that would be cool to share, I see on the forums people are very cautious about investing in any properties right now being that prices are very high
Also if you have any insight on Venice that would be cool to share as well
