RE Meetups Near Camp Pendleton
Hello! I am a rookie investor here at Camp Pendleton on TAD orders until July and am looking to meet other investors in the area. Does anyone know of any meetups in the area? Thanks!

Meetup.com has many San Diego RE related meetup groups. There are meetings every week and maybe even every day.
The events that that are titled to be social (brew, social, lunch, etc) and/or have no agenda consists of a very large percent of newbies. Nothing wrong with this, but I get more value out of the meetups with an agenda.
SDCIA is good for a mix of experience and new. Private lending masters (run by a friend), sdrei, NSDREI also are good for a mix of experience.
NSDREI is close to Camp Pendleton.
