STR vs MTR vs LTR - your favorite and why?
I am just wondering what other acronyms that I will need to learn to get views on tiktok. I thought STR's (airbnb) was the only other option. Please enlighten me on the new trend of "MTR". Are you doing them at your properties?

LTR is my favorite, it allows me to have the piece of mind that there is a tenant in the home long term. I can forget about the house and keep buying. Unlike STR i'm always on edge to see what the numbers look like this month
