Hi! I'm an investor out of Chicago looking to invest in Cleveland. I know the area varies by block like Chicago, so does anyone have any recommendations? I'm a new investor so I appreciate any word of advice

I suggest reading The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods. Biggest mistake I see out of state investors make here in Cleveland is overpaying for a property because they compared it to where they lived and thought there was no way they could lose since it was so cheap....You can still lose on a cheap deal if it's not as cheap as the comps and coming from Chicago you'll probably be shocked at how cheap some properties can be while still being overpriced.
