Hi Briana! There's a few different spots you could consider investing in. The main bread and butter of Cleveland investments is mostly on the "West side". This is where you will have great rent to price ratios and decent C and B class neighborhoods.

The main zip code you will want to consider is 44111- this zip is still part of Cleveland proper and the neighborhoods within this zip are Cudell, West Boulevard, Jefferson and Bellaire-Puritas (all of these different areas are labeled on google maps).

Kamms Corner and Old Brooklyn are slightly more desirable areas with slightly higher prices. With Lakewood being a premium rental area- where although the prices are quite high.. so are the rents.

Maple Heights and Warrensville Heights have a lot of decent cheap single family homes that cashflow well.

I am an investor focused agent here in Cleveland and would love to help narrow down your search based on a more specific buy box.

Hey Andrew! Thanks for the information I appreciate it.

Hi! I'm an investor out of Chicago looking to invest in Cleveland. I know the area varies by block like Chicago, so does anyone have any recommendations? I'm a new investor so I appreciate any word of advice
