NC Certificate of Existence for an LLC, is it need ?

I have open a new LLC for Rental property and I got a mail from NC Certificate Service to pay $82.

Is this Certificate needed for an LLC if so Can I order directly from State instead of this above company i.e. NCCS.

yes, you need it and yes, you can get it through the NC SoS for a fraction of that cost, don't use those third party services - they upcharge a lot!!
