I don't have any management company under LLC just the property.

I need to update Lease and what else ?

Does HOA, Home insurance, Appliance insurance all of those need to be under LLC name for it to be a separate legal entity ?

I have open a new LLC for Rental property and I got a mail from NC Certificate Service to pay $82.

Is this Certificate needed for an LLC if so Can I order directly from State instead of this above company i.e. NCCS.
