Would this be better than wasting money on gurus

An associate wasted thousands on attending various guru workshops and executed their first deal which is a money loser. The gurus never taught how to properly inspect a property before purchasing it provided them with a sense as to what contractors should charge for certain repairs

I have decided to solve the exploitation challenge by offering a service at a flat fee of $500 to newbie's where I will go with them to up to four different properties either via wholesale or foreclosure auction and give them real time advise. Additionally I will walk them through flips I am working on and show them before and after work on my own property along with costs in a field trip style interaction

does this sound like a needed value to those who are new to flipping?
