Any thoughts on with as many businesses shutting down for 2-3 weeks how will our wonderful tenants be able to pay there rent on time? My wife just read Apple is shutting down their stores outside of China, restaurants are having fewer people going out. My thought go; to I can handle a few missed rents every month but I've never planned on an entire City, State even country wide shut down of income for all my clients. Any thoughts gang?

Following.  We had the same concerns here in Cleveland.  There is chatter about the courts wanting to put moratoriums on evictions for a period of time which will create a host of additional issues.  Currently monitoring the situation and working the management team on options but nothing firm yet.
