New to Networking in Tucson Arizona

Hello, I am Bethany and I am new to the Tucson, AZ area. I am looking for real estate networking opportunities. I am not only looking for people to network with about real estate investing, specifically house hacking techniques but am open to all strategies, but I am also pursuing my real estate license as well. I am new to real estate and real estate investing but I know that it is the vehicle that I want to use. How did you get started? What is your number one tip for new investors?

My number one tip is Consistency and not underestimating how much work is really involved. Most give up when they realize and never go anywhere.
