My name is Julia Johnson. I would like to know of any reputable Title companies in the Maryland Area.

Yes being a little more specific would help us help you. One title company/ attorney to consider in the Baltimore area is Anthony Onwuanibe from Golden Trust title. (easy to find on Google.)

Anthony does all kinds of investor work so he is a good option for new investors. He regularly does settlements for my company.

Thank-you for your reply. I will google him to get a phone number. I am training to become

a wholesaler and the first seller that I am working with now , is my first experience.  Any

help would be good right now.  I have just retired and need to find  another way of building

wealth. I might contact you again , if it is ok  about the contract part.  I feel a little

nervous but determine to keep going.
