Coronavirus and Rental Showings

I'm about to list a 6 bedroom house for rent. We've owned it for several years now and know that our main market is groups of college students. We usually have an open house-style showing where up to 40 people may show up (usually staggered throughout an hour). Wondering if other landlords have come up against issues here, ie. current tenants not wanting strangers walking through their house, etc. Just trying to be conscientious here. (Located in Bellingham, WA)

Let us know if you are still getting decent traffic. I think a lot of renters are putting the brakes on moving now, unless they have to.

any others have input on tenant interest in the last 2-3 days vs a week or two ago?
