Renting out rooms

I just bought a house and I am living in it but renting out the other rooms I have. I’m at a lost of how to screen tenants and what paper work I need them to fill out and what I should ask for to make sure they will be a good tenant especially since I’m living in the house with them. If anyone can point me to the right direction that will be most appreciated!

@John Hogan

I’ve got 3 houses I rent by the room. I list them on fb marketplace in the $700-$1000/month range. This includes all utilities, wifi etc. I do month to month leases by the room and get them for free on lawdepot.com. I do background checks on Been Verified.com. I have them give me a $250 refundable deposit. I do keyless entry locks for the front door (Kwikset) and everyone gets a code. And each bedroom has their own lock for their door. There’s a big demand for this and most of my people stay for over a year. Good luck!
