Buying a short term rental today
If you could buy a short term rental in any market this week, where would it be and why?

I would buy in a vacation destination market, or somewhere that has places of interest such as national parks, etc where STR rentals are in demand. I own a few in the Outer Banks and a few in the mountains of Western NC. I have been using Airbnb for 6 years now and self managing and I have not had any major issues or feel as they are not worth my time. I also believe you should invest where you live and where you want to travel.
