Strange Assessor site data

I'm hoping someone can clear up discrepencies on my tax payer site where I'm finding owners and addresses. If you care to investigate you can find this through Assessor Site.

I have located one property, 1401 8 st s, and it shows up 4 times, each with a different parcel number. There are 3 tax payer names, but when I click on one of them it changes to another owner. Now I do a google search but it doesn't come back with an actual correct address on google maps, or zillow? What does this mean? Who do I send mail to? Is this just a case of poor updating?
