Commercial Marketing/Leasing Resources

Forrest Dostaler
Posted

I have previously specialized in residential property management, however recently I have had multiple clients come to me requesting I take on a commercial space. Where would you recommend marketing a commercial space that would have the greatest visibility, and do you know a ball park of the pricing involved? i.e. Loopnet charges $99 per month if you sign a 1 year contract, or $149 per month for a quarterly contract. Essentially $450 to market a single property for three months.

Also if you have recommendations for resources on commercial lease agreements, it would be appreciated, thanks! (I can always go to my RE Attorney and ask him to write one up, but I would like to review options that are out there so I could give him direction on specifics I might want to see in there.)
