Say you drive to an appointment and on the way you notice a vacant house and want to send a letter to the address. You don't need the owners name or mailing address just property address. And the letter goes out the same day. In by 11 out by 4.

All driven by your cell phone. Sit infront of the house and put in the address choose the letter. Add a couple name telephone number fields and done
