Answering services

Does anyone know of a good answering service that can collect general info. from a script? I have been noticing that people don't like leaving messages. I have a lot of calls but now no messages. :roll:

Rob - You lost all credibility by acting as though you were a customer of this company, when you have an email address from the company.

Manipulating people is not the way to give your company a good reputation here on the site.
