I'm considering using TV ads in my local market for motivated seller leads.  I've read various articles with pro and con positions.  As always, I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge and unbiased feedback I get from BP's subscribers.

@Robert Burns TV ads do work my friend. The key is the call to action. If you try to having them to call then your response rate goes down. The key is to have them opt-in through a text message services to get something free of value. From there you will have them in your funnel and easier to market to them.

I wrote a blog post here on BP on that subject.
