If you are marketing to owner occupied, what other criteria are you including to narrow your list? Last sale date? Owner age? Mortgage origination date? Thx

Quality of neighborhood,condition of the homes next to them,how fast homes are selling in that neighborhood,number of properties for sale at the current time,ARV of the homes,etc.
