How to Work with other estate wholesaler to transfer leads

Hi everyone I work in the LA Market but we are recently Receiving a lot leads from others estate including New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado and North Carolina but I don't know the best practices to get in contact with any in this estate and help the client and benefits all at the same time.
