Anyone have a recommendation for a direct mail service where I can upload a list and mailing piece and just have them send it out on a schedule?

Hahahah @Cody Alexander I don't think it's a matter of how it "came off to me" because apparently moderators agreed.

@Braden Smith That's a decent sized list. But if you're only mailing it six times a year you're going to want to grow it. In this business across the markets I'm in I have found that you really want to be around 1k pieces a month minimum if you hope to build any sort of consistency. Personally my minimum per market is around 2k pieces. How did you build that first list? I would also look into code violations, stop orders, and other niche lists. The more competitive your market the more creative you need to get with it. The down side to using a large mail house is that often you've got competitors using them in your market. Cody above recommended @Jerry Puckett who handled my marketing for years before I took it in house.

It sounds like you've got a fairly well designed marketing piece. I personally like using the professional letterhead style approach. For awhile I did regular "Hi I buy houses" approach and in my personal experience there are so many amateur crappy wholesalers burning buyers that it doesn't work any longer.

Use your status as a licensed agent to build credibility and brand your off market acquisitions.
