Where do I find a virtual assistant?

Question

I need to find a virtual assistant to answer calls from sellers responding to ad and to get information from them. They will follow a script and then forward the information by email to me. Thank you

I use UpWork for "non-interactive" tasks like scouting CL and sending scripted emails out. I know this is not what you're asking for but in case you need help with those tasks too, it might work.

I am sure you can also find some native English-speakers there that could do the job but their rates might be higher than other services. It might worth the try and if you find one they can either multitask for you.

I have my VA go through CL and send out emails to sellers based on some criteria. I created a special gmail account and added him as a user, he does not have the credentials but you can tell gmail to give access to another account.

These are the basics:

- Created an account to send emails from and receive responses and added the VA as a user

- Scripted exactly what to send in the first contact and gave it to the VA

- Gave him the links to the specific CL page I want him to crawl

- Gave him specific words to filter out or look for

He then goes manually every day to those sites and send a bunch of emails, I handle the responses.

I am testing now automation which would reduce his time considerably. I purchased a licence for Cubix, a CL automation tool that I am testing myself and training him for.

I use UpWork for a number of things and love it.  Could go into more detail about using it for scout CL?  Like what instructions you give and how you manage the work?  I am also interested in the mass emailing.

I sometimes have VA cull large lists for me, (architects, builders, dumpster vendors, etc) and then I have been sending out the mass email.  This is time consuming though.

I know that I could really get to the next level if I could fully utilize VA and other people in general.
