Yellow Letters

Hey everyone! I'm looking to start my marketing campaign as soon as possible to start wholesaling and I wanted to see what everyones opinion is on what I am trying to do. I will be using yellowletters.com to receive their list of leads and again use them to mail out all of the materials. All which will cost over $1200 for 1000 leads and 1000 mail pieces that will include their address. 

I will also purchase some more generic mail pieces and drive for dollars in my area. Anyone have any tips on a better method to reach out and get some potential deals.

Pick a handful you like and get after it.  You won't be rich next month and it wont be easy but everything works if you stick with it long enough and are consistent. Best of luck!
