getting started in Houston
So, I'm sure this has already been talked about but hey I'm new and need someone to talk to me like I'm five.
How did you start to market for wholesaling and flipping??
I have some $ and time. I want to do some flips and begin this process, just not real sure where to direct the marketing?? I see some people have decent looking websites too.
