Hello Everyone,

I am planning on starting my first direct mail campaign this week, and I was wondering if any of you guys had good scripts to screen callers? And also if I do want to move forward with a deal, where can I find the legal paperwork to do so? I am new to this so I am still trying to find my bearings.

Its cool that BP built in the email notification..

We have actually stepped up the game and are now answering a lot of investors calls live with the Alex scripts.. It is a service offered to students..

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.

We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...

Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them. Either SMS texts, Picture Texts, or actual voice calls.

Now to be fair there are plenty of VOIP services and text services and Voice blast services. yet none together..

I currently use ringcentral for my VOIP, eztexting for text and voice blasts. But what they don't offer is seemless integration. And they certainly don't offer answering the call for you...
