What is everyone using for lead management and direct mail tracking?

Do you use Excel for direct mail lists and a CRM such as Podio or Zoho, or do you subscribe to a provider like Freedomsoft or Investorfuse?

    @Braden Smith - We are just beginning this journey as well.  Currently trying to learn Podio and see if Investorfuse is worth it.  Or what other options are out there.
