Hi BP, it's Jose. I was just wondering, what are the best strategies to build a reputation for yourself as a Newbie Realtor in your surrounding neighborhoods? What's the best way to get that phone ringing? Any advice would be great.

I'm not a realtor, but if I were you I'd be knocking doors, hanging door hangers, advertising wherever you can afford, and going to as many networking events as possible. The more listings you get, the more your reputation grows, and the more it snowballs to more listings.
