Is anyone using CallRail?

I am looking into using CallRail.  Does anyone have any experience with this tool?  Can I easily port my existing main line phone number?

I use Call Rail and I love it. I love that I can generate up to 10 different numbers and assign them to specific marketing  campagins. I also love that I can record all my calls.

@Mitchell Klein yes you just have to record it on your phone and then upload it to callrail, then set it in your call flows.

It's kind of annoying how tedious it is, but it is possible.

@Jared Wilson I'm fairly new to CallRail so I can't really speak for recent changes. Thats good to know as far as voicemail storage capacity but as far as custom voicemail messages, do they have the ability to create a custom voicemail greeting? Mine currently uses my cellphone greeting and I would prefer for it to use a custom business voicemail greeting. Does that make sense?

They have an option under their custom call flow tab to have voicemails stay within the system.  Then you can either login and retrieve it or have the voicemail forwarded to you via email.  That should solve your issue.

Have you noticed though the degradation in callrail's customer service and lack of a functioning android app?  I think they got sold and are really going down hill.  I'm considering switching.

Does any one have experience with linking CallRail to a different Voicemail? It looks like CallRail currently just forwards to my personal VM which is currently full. Does anyone have suggestions?

I am with ring central currently and am not happy with them.  I just got off a call with callrail to find out about porting my numbers seems pretty simple;  they said it will take about 2-6 weeks typically because of the process.  I talked with  David at callrail and am going to do a demo call with him next week. My next call is going to be with ring central to make sure they dont give me a hard time with releasing the numbers I have with them.

I was concerned about the number of minutes with callrail as well it seemed kind of low to me...

How many minutes a month are you using Callrail? For $120 a month and getting 2000 minutes. I'd think you could do that in 2 weeks, if you're leaving personal voice messages.

I am looking to purchase something similar very soon. How does Callrail compare to Ringcentral?  Call rail looks to be based more on analytics which I like.

Hey Paul,

I am using callrail and love it. Not sure about porting but they have a cool call forward feature for each callrail number. Also they have a automation feature that can ring several lines at one time. Hope I answered you question...
