Direct Mail Marketing to LLCs and Trusts

I have a question before I get this mailing campaign started. How do you tweak your postcards to be sent to LLCs and Trusts? I obviously don't want the card to say "Dear Loomis Plantation Estates LLC, I am interested in buying your property at (address)."

Just say “dear owner”. Most just throw them away I’m guessing anyways
