How often to send letters?

I've read a post or two saying to send out direct mail letters every couple weeks. Does this apply for folks who have called me?

To be honest, I feel bad about sending more yellow letters to people that I've spoken to or have left a voice mail and clearly not selling. Maybe send them out a few months later?

This is all new to me so I'm not sure.

It's difficult for me to answer this question because the honest answer will appear as though I am trying to promote my yellow letter mail business.

If you're not wanting to send another letter put the prospect on a followup text system. Send them a text text, picture text (business card) and audio text once a month.

The key component is that as long as you created the right list these are your prospects. And investing like any other requires relationship building to substain a long term career.

Also understand a seller who say no today may say yes next month. Our job is to be there. Furthermore understand where touches come from.

They come from things like for sale signs, home magazines, news articles, other mail etc. Our job is to make them think of us as the go to investor with the best option.
