Bankruptcy Marketing Assistance Requested

Hello, I am an investor located in Austin, Texas and I am searching for assistance with marketing to people that are in bankruptcy or recently have been discharged from bankruptcy. I would like to send them postcards but I have been unable to find any examples of the type of wording to use for such marketing practices. Does anyone have any suggestions or examples they would like to share with me?

Your assistance and advice are greatly appreciated.

Shawn

KPI = Key Performance Indicators.

They are the items you measure and/or monitor to evaluate your experiment.

An example.

You invent a new engine in hopes you put Ferrari to shame.

Your KPI could be the time it takes to go from 0 to 60. Or miles to gallon of fuel. Thus things you measure to see how well it is performing.

For direct mail marketing for many ( and I am the only one convinced the whole world is doing it wrong...)..

a KPI is measuring how many calls you get per campaign or how many deals you make per campaign.

So their goal with DMM is convincing people to take the plunge and sell their house to you.

My KPI is simply how many people I can send to my website. I am not trying to buy their house with these mailers. I just want them to visit my site.

Obviously my DMM campaigns have a 80%+ conversion rate vs the 0.1% everyone is having

;)

They just use the wrong kpi's and have the wrong copy on their mailers.
