Marketing to a corporation?
I'm sending direct email to distressed properties and occasionally I find the owner is a corporation, an LLC, Trust, LP, even a big name bank.
Would you send mail to them? If so, do you differentiate the message from what you would send to an individual owner?
This is for both SFR and MFR properties.
