@Kameron Holloway I am a realtor and rental property investor here in Orlando and this area is HOT! 1100 people move to this area a week. So the demand for housing is going nowhere anytime soon. Prices for single family homes in Orlando proper have climbed over the last few years to where the 1% rule is hard to come by. However it can be achieved in some area in and around Orlando.
