Should I make a website?

Should I make a website? I haven't even started investing yet but will be within the year. Would it be worth it to make a website? Is it worthwhile? How do you currently use the web to market and find deals?

Dude... as investors... WE ARE MARKETERS!!!

Dude... as investors... WE ARE AFTER OFF MARKET STUFF

so your sentence: " Unless you plan on spending marketing dollars and going after off market stuff it probably isn't worth it."...

can be rephrased like so: "Unless you are an investor it probably isn't worth it"

Aaron... no no no no don't EVERRRR say that again y'hear?

Do you know what happens when you do not have a website when your competitors do?

You will drown.

Period

Done

No room for argument

A website is not just to harvest leads. A website is your online persona. It is your calling card. It is your online business card. It is proof you are real and that you are credible.

Other than this, guess what.

When my competitos send out mailers to people, ..... the ones that ARE motivated to sell will do an online search to see whether it is even real.

Guess who they will find online?

Then they will see that these people actually flip houses. WOW, they actually FLIP houses just like on TV!! OMG how exciting!!

They see us everywhere, dominating , buying flipping, a ton of happy customers...

GUESS who they will pick?

Us with a TON of online presence (and with ZERO marketing btw), ...

or

the guy from Joe buys houses that does not exist  on the net?

So ask yourself this question. Are you impressed? If you said yes...  YOU as in investor are impressed. Imagine the potential seller!! They will be besides themselves.

Dude yes, you need a website, a huge DUHH

If you don't you don't matter. You don't exist!
