Selling Leads to RE Agents

I have a number of leads where the seller is looking to get FMV for their property. Since I can't buy these I was thinking of selling them to a local RE agent. Does anyone else do this? I've heard of charging $100/lead and if they close I get a bonus.

That's simple then, have your wife refer them out to other agents for a referral fee.
