How to create Multifamily Mailer list to quad/triplex owners?

Hi all, I'm an investor in Florida, and I'd like to create a mailer to multifamily owners to purchase a property. I have a great letter to work with, but how does one create the mailing list? Are these lists available for purchase, or do you have to research on your own? If so, how does one do that effectively?

List source is generally the best place to get this. It's simple to use and you can select the number of doors along with other criteria. Good luck!
