My Top 10 for flipping equity

- Absentee Out of State 40-100% equity SFR 3-5 Bedrooms 7 years ownership no Corp or Trust
- Absentee In State 40-100% equity SFR 3-5 Bedrooms 7 years ownership no Corp or trust
- Owner Occupied 40-100% equity SFR 3-5 Bedrooms 15 years ownership 65+ years old of deed holder
- Center of Influence
- Mortgage Late (Shortsale) 60-120 day late
- NOD (Shortsale) SRF
- Inherited
- Probate
- Expired (must also be on my equity list)
- FSBO (must also be on my equity list)

When running lists several factors come into play especially when your list size is too small.
