ListSource - how to get rid of duplicate mailing addresses?

Hey guys,

I'm using this site to find commercial properties. Many entities own multiple properties. I don't want to waste money sending multiple pieces to 1 entity. Is there a way to remove duplicates or do I have to buy the list and then remove them after?
