Need recommendations on rental contract in CA?

I am planning not to hire property manager and planning to do property management on my own. I wanted to know what service do you use to create a rental contract?

You can get vanilla leases online fairly cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Our lease has grown to 27 pages over the years as we keep adding clauses to address tenant issues we experience.

You won't get anything but the basics with an online lease, or even from an attorney.

Rocketlawyer is also a platform that you can use and you can get a free residential lease template that is approved by attorney's. They may have additional templates you may find useful as a self managing landlord.

You can get one from an attorney, but they are typically full if legal jargon nobody can understand and expensive. Bigger pockets has a Landlord Package that includes a lease and some other important forms, all designed by actual investors and approved by attorneys for each state. I've can't count the number of leases I've read over the years, but I know the BP version is one of the better versions.
