Hi BP community!

I am a new investor and have recently closed on a multi-family here in Jersey City. I have enjoyed this process as well as managing the property.

I have enjoyed it so much that I have since pursued property management part-time on top of my 9-5! I have been able to be hired to remotely manage one in Florida, however, I am looking to expand my newfound passion.

Can anyone suggest different ways and places to network and find more management opportunities?

Thanks to everyone in advance!

@Daniel Hajduga

as @Nathan Gesner posted, if you want to make this a profession, then you need to do your research about the profession and follow the laws.
