We have an STR in Florida. Just switched to a property management company. The Mgt company is saying they are not allowed / required to share the names of the guests staying in our home with us.

Is this accurate?

Allowed?  I would insist as the owner!  You are in control

That is not true...you need to fire this property management company right away as they are going to be more problems for you as time goes on.
