RentRedi and Latchel vs Self Managing

Hey BP,

I am torn on the decision as to whether or not I should self-manage my 4plex since I will be living there or if I should get a PM. I see the merit in both sides of the coin but 8% seems a lot since most tenants have already been screened and placed ect.

Has anyone had good luck with platforms like Rent Redi and latchel for self managing?
