Hey BP,

I am torn on the decision as to whether or not I should self-manage my 4plex since I will be living there or if I should get a PM. I see the merit in both sides of the coin but 8% seems a lot since most tenants have already been screened and placed ect.

Has anyone had good luck with platforms like Rent Redi and latchel for self managing?

Hey BP, I am new to the Denver area and I am looking for other like minded investors to meet and bounce ideas around with. I am on the hunt for some small multifamily deals 2-4 units in the local Denver area. I have experience renting single family homes in the past so this will be my first step intot he multifamily realm.
