Any property manager recommendations in Tulsa, OK?

Question

Hi folks. I have a property in Tulsa (SFR). The property manager I've been working with has been extremely frustrating to deal with - horrible communication and accounting errors almost every single month. It's just crazy how disappointing it's been to work with them.

Two questions:

1) Can anyone recommend a company in Tulsa that they really like?

2) The tenant participates in OHFA / Section 8. Wondering if anyone has a sense of how much of a pain it will be to switch the payments and related paperwork over from the current property manager to a new one.

Let me know how that worked out, I'm looking for a new PM in Tulsa also, I'm gonna drive up there and slap my current one possibly.

I've found deals in Tulsa to be fantastic but the professionals I've dealt with there... a lot of them are just... dumb

And im from Arkansas, I thought I was sposed to be from the dumb state.

@Eric S. I refer everyone to Renter's Place! Not sure who you are currently using. Regarding housing it might just need to be a supplemental to their paperwork but not sure.

Reposting my reply from similar post...about a year ago I met with Bailey-Foristell, old school father and son team, small office, long history in the area. I also met with Key Renter. Super tech savvy, manages in other OK markets as well. They both have their pros/cons, depends what you are looking for in a team. Send me a message if you need contact info for either. Good luck!

@Eric S. Call Michelle Prince at Accent.  Her team does an awesome job.  I’ve been working with them for three plus years, and they are on top of it. They do what they say they do, re-evaluate tenants, evict when necessary, stay on top of market rent, get maintenance scheduled, and will project manage large jobs if needed. I'm going to message you to see if you happen to be working with the same company I am. I haven't changed companies because the one I've been working with assigned me a new PM and I'm holding out hope that things improve… but I'm definitely skeptical
