Hahaha @Jessica Hughes - well, the few people I know in Arkansas are not only wise but they are wonderful too.
I'm going to message you to see if you happen to be working with the same company I am. I haven't changed companies because the one I've been working with assigned me a new PM and I'm holding out hope that things improve… but I'm definitely skeptical

Thanks very much @Dahlia Khalaf. I happened to send an inquiry to Renter's Place via their site earlier this week. Hopefully I will hear from someone there.

Hi folks. I have a property in Tulsa (SFR). The property manager I've been working with has been extremely frustrating to deal with - horrible communication and accounting errors almost every single month. It's just crazy how disappointing it's been to work with them.
Two questions:
1) Can anyone recommend a company in Tulsa that they really like?
2) The tenant participates in OHFA / Section 8. Wondering if anyone has a sense of how much of a pain it will be to switch the payments and related paperwork over from the current property manager to a new one.
Thanks very much

Hi. My aunt has a mobile home that is in a park in a relatively desirable part of Los Angeles. The unit itself is not in great shape - it’s almost 40 years old and hasn’t been kept up very well. But it is in a good park and the unit is situated in a particularly nice part of the park (in the area of the park where residents typically prefer to live).
I don’t think it makes sense to repair the unit because it’ll cost so much that I’d rather just replace it. I’ve also considered moving my aunt into an apartment eventually.
If we do move her out of the mobile home and into an apartment, is there any value in *where* a mobile home is situated within a park? I don’t think there is much value in the unit itself, but If we were to put it up for sale, would it be conceivable that people might pay more for it because of where it’s located? Obviously she doesn’t own the lot it’s on, so she wouldn’t be selling the land. But I guess I’m assuming a $10k mobile home parked somewhere nice is worth more than one parked somewhere undesirable.
Is this a correct assumption?
Thanks for any ideas here
I'm interested in purchasing a Las Vegas SFR. How are local experts feeling about the market there right now? I'm going to be in town this month and would love any recommendations on where to look around. Thanks.
