Checking or Savings or Both?

What type of account does everyone utilize to keep their rental capital/money separate?  Do you utilize another personal checking account, personal savings account, business checking account, etc.?

I'd have a business checking for money in/out, everyday expenses, etc. And a business savings for CapEx stuff.

Separate credit card (s) for the business as well. one with miles and one with points......

@Chris Seveney is probably right technically, but I'm old school and like a separate account for each property/job etc...at least until you get past 5 or 10. Works with my brain better.....
