Gotchas with allowing a tenant sublet

Are there gotchas with letting the tenant sublet (to cover their rent)? 

What are things to look out for and get from the tenant in such cases?

Do I make tenant have home insurance to cover sub tenant issues before mine kicks in? 

Anything else?

This is for a property in North Las Vegas that I manage myself remotely from CA.
