An owner had their property with one management company and transferred the property over to my company with a tenant already in place and a lease with the old management company. Tenant refuses to work with the new management team as she states her lease is not with us. Her lease does not expire until June. What can I do?

The lease should have in it somewhere the owner and/or his/her authorized agent. That should cover the transfer, and I assume that means the tenant isn't paying rent since they would have to be paying it to the old company so you should start the eviction process.
